1.2 By downloading, installing, opening, and using this App, you represent that you have fully read and agreed to all data processing rules in this policy. If you do not agree with the relevant content, please uninstall the App immediately and stop using it.

3. What Information Will We Collect?
3.1 Basic Device Information
We will collect your device model, iOS system version, current network type, application runtime logs, program crash logs, and de-identified usage behavior data. This is primarily used for troubleshooting software malfunctions, adapting to various devices, improving user experience, and completing product usage data statistics. All statistical data is completely anonymized and cannot be linked to any specific individual user.
3.2 Ad Identifier
We will only obtain the device Ad Identifier (IDFA) if you actively agree to ad tracking in the iOS system's ATT authorization pop-up window; if you choose to refuse tracking authorization, we will not obtain or read this identifier. This data is used for ad conversion performance statistics and providing personalized ad displays; once you disable device ad tracking permissions, we will immediately stop collecting this type of information.
3.3 Data Related to Album, Camera, and Microphone Permissions
Album and Camera Permissions: The system will only pop up a permission request window requesting album and camera access permissions when you actively initiate photo translation, image recognition, or select images from the album; the application will not access the camera or read album library content in the background without your knowledge. Microphone Permission: The system will only request microphone permission when you actively use the voice translation or conversation translation function. If a third-party voice recognition interface is required, voice data will be transmitted only if you explicitly acknowledge and trigger the function.
3.4 Translation Content
Translation Content: The text you input for translation, the images you take, and the voice content you record will be processed locally or temporarily transmitted to a third-party translation/OCR service interface to complete the translation or recognition. Our servers will not automatically back up or retain your original translation or the translation result.
3.5 Communication Information
If you contact us via email to inquire about privacy issues, report product malfunctions, or make suggestions, the email address and text description you provide will only be used for communication and processing of your submitted requests, and will not be used for any other purpose.
4. Data Usage Guidelines
4.1 All collected personal data will only be used for the purposes specified in this policy and will not be processed beyond the scope.
4.2 We will not create user profiles based on your personal data for targeted marketing without your separate permission.
4.3 We will not proactively collect personal information from minors under the age of 16; if any data of minors is found without the permission of their guardians, it will be immediately and completely deleted.
5. Data Sharing and External Disclosure
5.1 We will not sell or trade any of your personal data to any third party.
5.2 We will only transmit necessary, anonymized, and encrypted data to compliant third-party service providers. The third-party SDKs we integrate include: Google Firebase Analytics (for collecting crash logs and usage events) and Google AdMob (for ad display). In addition, some functions require calls to third-party online translation engines or OCR service interfaces. In this case, your text or image content to be translated will be sent to the third-party service provider for processing. We will bind third parties to ensure data security through agreements and inform you that such transmission is subject to the relevant terms and privacy policies of the third-party service providers.
5.3 We will only cooperate in providing corresponding materials in accordance with the law when local regulatory or judicial authorities issue legal documents requesting data access.
5.4 Due to the potential location of servers for some third-party SDKs (such as Google services) and translation/OCR service providers integrated into our system, data may be transferred to the United States or other countries/regions. We will sign standard contract terms in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR to ensure the compliance of cross-border data transfers.
6. Data Storage Duration and Security Protection
6.1 Device Logs and Crash Data: Anonymous statistical data will be stored long-term and cannot be linked to personal identities.
6.2 Security Guarantee: Data transmission uses encrypted channels, and all third-party service providers possess compliant security capabilities; we have established an access control mechanism to reduce the risk of data leakage.
6.3 In the event of a data breach, we will promptly report it to regulatory authorities as required by the GDPR, notify affected users, and implement remedial measures.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
